About Vectorizo

Vectorizo is an online image vectorizer. It turns PNG, JPG, WEBP and GIF images — logos, icons, AI art, sketches and photos — into SVG vector files made of real, editable paths that stay sharp at any size.

Why we built it

Pixel images blur and break up when you enlarge them, and many uses need vectors: printing, cutting machines such as Cricut, laser engraving, sign making, embroidery and brand files. Redrawing an image by hand takes hours. Vectorizo does it in seconds, for free, without software to install.

How it works

It reads the image first. Vectorizo detects what kind of artwork it is — a logo, line art, a flat illustration or a photo — and picks settings to match.
It finds the real colors. The colors the artwork is made of are measured, while the blur and noise around edges are cleaned away.
It traces smooth shapes. Each color area becomes smooth curves and sharp corners, with as few points as the shape needs, so the file is easy to edit in Illustrator, Inkscape or Figma.
